David is a documentary and fine art photographer based in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. He calls back to the mid century masters of photography as influences. Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Capa, Dorothea Lange, Elliot Erwitt, as well as modern masters including Jacob Aue Sobol, Jay Maisel, Steve McCurry, Sebastião Salgado, John Sexton. When crafting his photographs it’s David’s goal to connect with the viewer on an emotional level. Exposing the viewer to a world with dignity and poise. A world he carefully curates through the viewfinder.

David is an avid hiker, reader and fan of modern architecture/furniture.
